Nick O’Bryant has a civil litigation practice including transportation, employment practices, retail and hospitality and construction. Prior to joining Perkins, Mitchell, Pope & McAllister LLP as an associate, Nick had a civil litigation practice in southwest Idaho with a focus on employment law. He represented clients in district and magistrate courts, as well as in administrative proceedings before Board of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Labor, Idaho Human Rights Commission, and Idaho Industrial Commission.

Nick graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2016. He gained experience as a Judicial Extern with Fourth Judicial Magistrate Court in Ada County, an externship with the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, Contracts and Administrative Law division, serving as a law clerk with the Idaho Industrial Commission, and with a private law firm in Meridian Idaho where he obtained his limited license and gained litigation experience.

Nick earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, with a minor in Psychology from Boise State University in 2012. He also completed BSU’s Dispute Resolution program where he gained experience mediating over 30 small claims and magistrate court cases with the Fourth District Court. He grew up in Marsing and Middleton, located in southwest Idaho.

Nick is a member of the Idaho State Bar as well as the United State District Court for the District of Idaho. He serves as a member of the Board of Directions for Sole kids, Inc., an Idaho non-profit corporation.
